The education sector is trying hard to provide the best learning experiences to the students during this time. Online education has facilitated educators and students with its numerous advantages. Along with its multifaceted features, online education faces many practical issues with respect to the traditional mode of learning. Below we are going to discuss different risks that are involved in online learning and what can be the possible solution to these issues.

Limited Feedback:
Online education tends to face various issues regarding student feedback. Students often feel dissatisfied when they experience a lack of personalized feedback after completing their assessments or even when they buy dissertation online. Where the traditional methods of feedback induce motivation and enthusiasm in students, online learning is still struggling in this regard. Online working environments need to devise various strategies and work in this area to provide effective learning experiences to the learners.

Researchers have provided examples of peer feedback systems in online learning that can be helpful to limit this problem. Social Isolation:
The methods currently used by online learning environments tend to make participating students undergo remoteness and lack of interaction. Many students and teachers who are spending their time in online interactions can start experiencing social isolation because of lack of human communication. The sense of loneliness in online learning could be a source of several mental health issues such as stress, anxiety and negative thoughts. 


Solution: In order to combat social isolation in online learning the interaction between online students must be promoted. The blended learning environment can be a possible solution in such circumstances. Lack of Motivation and Time Management Skills:
An adequate number of students fail to achieve their learning goals in online courses because of lack of motivation and poor time management skills. In traditional classrooms, there are various factors that help students to establish their learning goals. Face-to-face interaction with teachers, activities performed with fellow students, and strict schedules facilitate students to stay on track during their academic year.

In online education, however, there are fewer external factors involved in the learning process that can make them perform well. Students are often left to fend for themselves during their online lessons, without any constant pressure from outside. They are required to manage their learning in a comfortable home setting without any type of extra pressure that is normally associated with traditional classrooms. This makes it very difficult to keep up with regular deadlines during online studies if you lack strong self-motivation and time management skills.

Solution: If you want to succeed in the online learning environment then you must develop some disciplinary skills and should stay focused during your study hours. Educators need to encourage face-to-face communication by interacting with various advanced features and motivate their learners through various engaging activities. 


Lack of Practical Knowledge:
Although various platforms are introducing innovative modes to improve teaching and learning experiences few problems are still here. It is seen that online learning mainly focuses on delivering theoretical knowledge, rather than developing practical skills. The evident reason for this is that theoretical lectures are easier to deliver during an online class as compared to practical lectures. It is hard to implement practical lectures in online settings because of lack of face-to-face communication and physical classrooms to use as a workshop. Teachers need a lot of time and significantly more prior to planning to carry out a practical lecture during an online class.

Solution: Educators must assign some projects to the students with complete theoretical briefings to enhance their practical knowledge. Blended learning can also be introduced to provide relevant practical knowledge to students.

Remote learning is a new concept for many of the educational institutions and students. In the present situation, all of us need to join hands to create the best possible alternatives to the traditional classrooms that can satisfy the needs of learners. Online education has proved itself as the best alternative for traditional classrooms. By managing the various risks associated with it we can help students to achieve their study-related goals.
